Shipping policy

Dream Girl Studio utilizes USPS for all shipping needs. All Items are handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. (some items may have a shorter processing time) 7-10 business days for processing on custom orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Also, please be mindful of Covid-19 caused shipping delays. Dream Girl Studio also offers pick-up on  Saturdays only. Please allow 5-7 days and await a pick-up confirmation. 

**Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

**Shipping & delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number for your package. Once USPS confirms delivery, Dream Girl Studio is not responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen. If your address cannot be verified you will be contacted to resolve the issue, if we can not reach you after several attempts your order will be canceled and fully refunded. Dream Girl Studio is not responsible for incorrect address input from customer.
